RLT Construction was launched in Indianapolis, Indiana in 2018.  Richard Thornton. Mr. Thornton has been in this industry for over 10 years. Richard Thornton started in the real estate industry as owner and operator of TGI LLC in May 2013. Mr. Thornton saw an opportunity to expand horizons in the community by remodeling and building custom homes. He started off working side by side with General Contractors to now being a Licensed and Bonded General Contractor himself. RLT construction specializes in light commercial, residential, remodel- new construction and reconstruction.
